I left the big brokerage firms in 2001 to become an independent investment advisor - fiduciary. Since 2001 I have been fee only, no commissions. For most of my clients my quarterly fee is 1/4% of the assets they have with me. I am a Investment Advisor not a Financial Planner.
Some investors like to start with a small amount of money to see how things work. I will accept opening an account with only a small amount of money. Small accounts can turn into very large accounts. I want accounts that eventually grow to $100,000 or more.
There are investment managers capable of managing money better than I can. For investors who want a lot diversification I have six mutual that have a history of making money in both up and down markets. The minimum investment for a mutual fund is only $1,000. The six mutual funds are a major part of my clients investment portfolios. Past performancy of the six mutual funds is below.
Besides the government and religious organizations, Blackstone is the largest owner of commercial real estate in the world. I use a couple of Blackstone limited partnerships that have consistently delivered impressive returns over the past few years.
I also have hedge funds, that have a history of making money in both up and down markets. The SEC requires hedge fund investors to be a qualified investor.
I am always looking for investments that can make money in both up and down markets. I only recommend investments that have a history of good performance. Contact me if you want Information on my favorite investments. Information is always free and there is never any obligation.
